My main passions in life are sports, traveling, wandering in nature, mind-wandering, learning, and my family.
In my youth, I devoted the majority of my spare time to sports activities. I worked for several years as an aerobic and fitness instructor, and I intensively practiced Taekwondo. I obtained my black belt at the age of 16 and participated in several championships, becoming the Champion of Spain and therunner-up of the European Championship in 2001, among other achievements. I am deeply grateful for this period, as it helped me cultivate strong discipline, perseverance, and a goal-oriented mindset—qualities that have guided me throughout my adult life.
Later in life, I combined pursuing my nine university degrees with learning languages (there was a time when I had conversational proficiency in eight languages, before starting my PhD studies), traveling, and living in several countries. I have visited a quarter of the world and have lived for extended periods in Spain (originally from Barcelona), Germany, the U.K., Japan, and Sweden.
At the moment, I am very interested in learning more about giftedness, neurodivergence, the problems associated with the usage of screens by children, Hispanism and Christianity.
Lastly, I am the happy wife of Mikael Muszynski, and a mother of three. In November 2021, our daughter Katerina was born, followed by Alma Sofia, born in March 2023, and Alexander Ayanz, born in March 2024.
